POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of our front of house team, you will be the face of Bart’s Bagels. You will be responsible for taking and preparing orders in a friendly manner along with other duties as assigned. This is a customer facing role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills. You will need to be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities & Requirements: - Greet customers - Take and prepare orders - Manage our Online Order Workflow - Operate the Point-of-Sale for all transaction types - Accurately record customer orders - Handle cash and credit transactions - Expo for Orders - Coffee service (hot coffee and cold brew) - Stock beverages - Take weekly inventory - Prep work - Other tasks assigned by management This position is part time (2-3 days per week) from 7:00AM-2:30PM.
