Concern Housing is seeking a Program Supervisor to be responsible for the overall supervision and management of program site and is responsible for managing the residence in a manner which promotes client growth, safety, and the effective delivery of rehabilitation services. In addition, the Supervisor is responsible to oversee operations such that they maintain compliance with all program requirements. Position: Program Supervisor Location: Brooklyn, NY (Rochester Ave.) Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 10am - 6pm Salary: $68,000/yr. Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist with the supervision and coordination of all direct care services. - Primary responsibility for supervision and training of assigned staff, as well as on-site training and supervision of all program staff. Ensures that program and residence are in compliance with all regulatory guidelines regarding client care, safety and delivery of services. - Responsible for reviewing closed out client charts upon discharge and ensuring that all documentation is complete. - Acts as a liaison with other service providers as well as with community agencies. - Assists with the coordination of staff schedules, including Per Diem staff. - Coordination of house meetings and liaison with Resident Counsel. - Perform periodic staff evaluations; participation in hiring and dismissing of staff. - Participation in weekly supervision meetings with the Program Director. - Responsible for assisting staff and clients with issues related to securing and maintaining entitlement income. - Flexibility in scheduling according to program needs. - Assist Program Director with maintaining program occupancy rates including but not limited to the intake process, collection of supporting documentation and admission process. - Compliance with NYSOMH, LIHTC and AHP regulations, as well as other regulatory requirements. - Weekly supervision with staff including weekly client review and ongoing chart review. - Monitoring client charts for timely submission of paperwork, and qualitative review of progress notes, services plans and reviews, functional assessments and other required documentation. - Periodically fulfill responsibilities of Service Coordinator as assigned and as needed in times of staffing turnover. - Cooperation with the Property Department regarding site maintenance. - Adherence to all policies and procedures as set forth in Concern’s personnel manual. - Crisis Intervention including On-Call Responsibilities. - Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings. - Other tasks as assigned by Director. Requirements: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related mental health field with at least 3 years experience working in a similar setting and/or working with people with mental illnesses. Position Overview Generation Housing (Gen H) is seeking a skilled and experienced consultant to lead Gen H’s efforts in growing a broad, pro-housing constituency across Napa Valley. This role is centered on cultivating relationships with local leaders, from elected officials to community champions, and convening a sustained, values-driven campaign that connects housing to issues like economic opportunity, education, health, and community well-being. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship-builder and strong, active listener with experience engaging influential stakeholders, especially across lines of difference. They don’t need to be a housing expert. What matters most is a genuine interest in the importance of housing to the health of the Napa Valley, an ability to unite diverse allies, highlight shared values, and help give voice to the real-life impact of housing challenges on local families, workers, and seniors. The consultant will work closely with and report to the Executive Director and the Director of Special Initiatives of Generation Housing. Key Responsibilities ● Lead pro-housing coalition-building: Build and grow a visible, sustained pro-housing presence in Napa Valley by leveraging existing relationships and cultivating new ones with grasstops stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience convening these leaders around key community issues. ● Cultivate strategic relationships: Actively build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Compensation This part-time contract position requires an average of 20-35 hours per week with a fixed compensation of $28,000 through the end of this year. Total hours will not exceed 300 for the term of the contract. The contract will be eligible for renewal in 2026. Location The consultant will be expected to work on-site in Napa Valley, hosting and coordinating in-person meetings and presentations as needed, meeting with elected officials and other stakeholders, and attending relevant community meetings that may include evening hours. Please note that at this time there is no permanent office space designated for this role in Napa Valley, however, we will work with the consultant to secure space for any and all meetings on an as needed basis. Summary of Position The Electrician is responsible for electrical work at St. Joseph Indian School and other properties owned by the same. This is a non-exempt position. Accountability Reports to the Lead Electrician. Responsibilities 1. Repairs, maintains, and installs electrical wiring, equipment, and systems including but limited to switches, outlets, wiring, motors and alarms. 2. Uses diagnostic, test equipment to troubleshoot and identify electrical malfunctions. 3. Replaces, services, bypasses, electrical systems and electrical components. 4. Tests equipment for safety and function using standard test equipment. 5. Installs new equipment, wiring, and circuits following all code and safety requirements. 6. Familiarity with or ability to learn Johnson Controls systems and Metasys. 7. Assists in the maintenance of geo-thermal plant and air conditioning systems. 8. Complies with all safety and health requirements established by local, state and federal laws. 9. Repairs, installs, and trouble shoots all low voltage and communication systems as required. 10. Performs other responsibilities as required by the Lead Electrician.
