🎵 PAID SONGWRITING WORKSHOP FOR FORMERLY INCARCERATED PEOPLE — $50 PER CLASS (Online, Wednesdays 8 PM PT) Turn your story into a song — and get paid for it. We’re offering a free 8-week online songwriting workshop for formerly incarcerated individuals who want to explore music, emotions, and self-expression — and we’re paying $50 per class to every participant who completes each session. About the Program: This initiative, hosted by human writes music group, combines anger management training with songwriting and lyric writing. Participants will learn how to transform anger and life experience into creative expression through music. Details: • 🗓️ When: Wednesdays at 8:00 PM (Pacific Time) • 📅 Duration: 8 weeks • 💻 Where: Online (Zoom or similar platform) • 💰 Compensation: $50 per class (paid after each session) • 🎙️ Who Should Apply: Formerly incarcerated adults interested in music, storytelling, or personal growth. No prior musical experience required. This role requires in-person presence, and oversees the development and execution of special projects, standardizes operational procedures, and implements process improvements across departments. The Special Projects Manager partners closely with Senior Leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes through clear, scalable systems. Essential Duties: 1. Project Management & Execution 2. Contract Oversight 3. Operational & Program Support 4. Communication & Collaboration Qualifications: 1. BS/BA degree in a field such as behavioral health, social services, public administration, or organizational management required. Master’s degree preferred. A comparable combination of education and relevant experience that results in a comprehensive understanding of behavioral health and social services, operations, and contract management will be considered. 2. Project management experience required. A minimum of five years’ experience in people and program management in behavioral health or social services or closely related field strongly desired, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to simultaneously oversee, manage, and execute several agency projects across multiple programs. 3. Excellent leadership and communication skills and demonstrated ability to motivate a team as well as the desire and ability to manage systems and act as a key member of the agency leadership team. Strong computer and technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word, Teams) and design programs (Canva and Adobe).
