Enforcement of water leak policy. • Monitor restricted parking areas, such as driveways, emergency entrance or reserved parking spaces, etc for unauthorized vehicles and take action according to procedures. • Greet residents, visitors, and contractors with the warmest aloha. • Log in and log out visitors, vendors, contractors. • Enforce House Rules and regulations. • Proactively alert potential issues to management. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Typical Working and Physical Conditions • Exposure to both inside and outside environmental conditions. Main post is at Control desk, inside. • Frequently walking on uneven ground, squatting, reaching above and below shoulder level. • Climbing ladders and stairs, kneeling, and squatting. • Light housekeeping duties of immediate areas.
