All properties are located with the Bay Area-specifically San Francisco and Oakland. SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: This janitorial position consists of the cleaning and maintenance of several luxury buildings—vacuuming all common areas, sweeping and moping building lobbies, making sure lobbies are in clean/organized order with front door clean, hallway lightbulbs are replaced when out, delivered packages are orderly, elevator are clean.
