Responsibilities: Arrive on time and ready to work the required hours, with the ability to work flexible hours and overtime, as required. Demonstrate and practice excellent personal hygiene and follow GMPs throughout all aspects of the job. Maintain clean and tidy work conditions and assist in the cleanup of the work area, as needed. Maintain the high standards with regard to food safety and food quality and deliver high quality results. Regularly lift, move, and or/push up to 50 lbs Maintain plant cleanliness according to the master sanitation schedule and document completed tasks as instructed. Assist in breaking down, cleaning, and setting-up various pieces of equipment using proper sanitation practices. Follow instructions and communicate problems as soon as they arise. Work in a safe manner and recognize/help correct any unsafe conditions. Support management in other related duties, as required. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Assembly & Robotics Operator for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating our robotic work cell and laser system. This role requires manual dexterity for loading and unloading parts and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: -Set up and operate a robotic work cell according to established procedures. -Manually load and unload parts and materials from machinery. -Operate a laser engraving system to mark parts accurately. -Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning and perform basic quality checks on finished parts. -Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: -Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and manually handling parts. -Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. -Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus but not required. Schedule: This is a Part-Time, Temporary (October 1 - December 31, 2025) position.
