Marketing Manager Summary: Spark Car Wash is disrupting what people think they know about washing cars. Coming off a recently closed Series C, Spark has the capital, leadership, and momentum to scale aggressively. We are hiring a Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Vice President of Growth, who can think creatively, act nimbly, and get things done.   As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the center of the journey to build our growth engine from the ground up. You will own mission-critical initiatives that drive our revenue and shape a modern, regional brand. You’ll get the opportunity to touch every part of marketing, with exposure to all elements of the marketing mix. You will help launch customer acquisition strategies, build scalable store launch playbooks, and engage with our customers to increase their lifetime value.   You’ll work directly with experienced leaders from AEA Investors, Bain & Company, Lidl, Wawa, L’Oreal, and CVS, gaining full exposure to what it takes to scale a high-growth, customer-centric business. This is a unique opportunity to own high-visibility marketing campaigns that have an outsized impact on the success of the business. In this role, you will have a front row seat to what it takes to build an exciting consumer business, while growing yourself and your career along with us.   Responsibilities: Site Launch Strategy: creating multi-channel launch strategies for new store launches Customer Engagement: engaging with customers throughout their lifecycle to extend customer lifetime value Campaign Execution: building campaigns for promotions, including email, text message, signage, and coordination with on-site teams Community Outreach: supporting our Operations Teams with developing community outreach programs, including local town events and brand activations Content Creation: creating ongoing branded content for email newsletters, text drip campaigns, and social media feeds Vendor Management: partner with our digital agency, designers, and printers to execute both strategic and operational marketing needs Marketing Reporting: understanding impact on KPIs from various marketing initiatives Ad Hoc Support: working cross-functionally to support any and all marketing-related activities Requirements 1-3 years prior marketing experience for consumer-facing companies Demonstrated success managing off marketing campaigns and customer acquisition programs Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, Yelp, etc.) Results driven mentality to achieve goals and exceed expectations ·        Graphic design, copywriting, social media photography skills are a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear verbal and written communication skills Highly collaborative in working with other team members across departments Effectively utilize technology and marketing software systems to execute marketing initiatives ·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Capability to travel up to 25% of the time across NJ, Eastern PA, and NY Benefits Competitive base salary plus annual bonus compensation package Excellent comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as ancillary benefits Hybrid work schedule 401K with contribution match 3 weeks paid vacation Company laptop Branded company gear and free car washes

Main Responsibilities Execute farm photo shoots across the Great Lakes region and editing within decided timeline on an as-needed basis Capture brief video interview with farmer subjects and b-roll on-farm as needed Follow up directly with farmers to schedule photo shoots in a timely manner Staff headshots and other requested on-site shoots at our Chicago warehouse on an as-needed basis Assist in developing media content for a variety of marketing uses Works closely with the Marketing Director to identify photography and media needs Ensures proactive approach to maintain positive farmers relations through ongoing communication, defining needs/expectations and working collaboratively with Common Market staff to find solutions to farmer’ needs Communicates regularly with staff as farmer scheduling issues arise Regularly evaluates and makes suggestions about how to improve/adapt to ensure a better marketing experience for customers Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Must be able to travel to multiple locations for farmer photoshoots (Max 3.5 hours away) Must be willing to work a varied seasonal schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and long days Strong preference for someone with experience working within communities of color Strong computer skills are required including familiarity with Windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook) Familiar with photo editing software, video editing software is a plus Professional design experience including the use of Adobe Creative Suite Experience with staging photoshoots and lighting Excellent creative portfolio Strong communications skills Baseline Requirements Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle Benefits Compensation $25/hour plus mileage and expense reimbursements Flexible Schedule
