About the Role
Reporting to the Events Manager at our Fort Lauderdale, FL headquarters, this role will help our marketing team bring event ideas to life through impactful events in a specific region. As an Events Specialist, you will assist in the research, planning, administration, and promotion of events at the clinic and regional level, including:
Clinic events
Community events
Professional sports games
Fundraisers

Since you’ll often need to attend the events you’re assigned, this position may require up to 50% travel and flexible working hours, including weekends, if necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of all types of events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)
Research and prepare suggested venues for events and meetings based on the details of the program, including virtual platform options
Collaborate with stakeholders on all event details, including venue and attendee management, swag procurement, and production of communication and collateral materials
Manage email campaigns
Assist with event budget planning, management, and reconciliation process
Maintain and update event reports
Oversee assigned events from start to finish (from request through final reconciliations)

Requirements

We are looking to bring on a Marketing Content Assistant that will help our internal brands create more winning video ad creatives for Facebook, TikTok & YouTube Ads.
You’ll spend your days working directly with the CEO & head copywriter ideating new scripts & ads, then you will jump in our studio and film them. You'll then work with our video editing team to add b-roll, animation, & more to produce the final product.
Finally you'll pass these videos off to our internal media buying team, who will then use them to promote our advertising agency and products.
Your number one goal is to drive qualified booked calls for as cheap as possible.
You'll be responsible for coming up with, filming, & producing 35 - 40 fully produced video ads every single month for our advertising agency, Client Accelerators.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Market Detective: Put on your detective hat and scour competitors' ads, websites, YouTube channels, and other social media platforms to cook up 40 brilliant new video ad ideas every month.
Film: Use our brand new studio to film all of the raw footage for each ad. Each ad will be from 1 minute, all the way up to 5 minutes in length.
Edit: Work with our editing team to edit each ad with b roll, CTAs, and transitions to drive the lowest cost per booked call possible. Ideally you will have some editing ability yourself, to make any little changes you need.
Report: You will work with the stats team to do creative reporting on each ad you produce.
Results:
Creator: 35 Fully Produced Video Ads For The Agency - 1 to 5 minutes in length
CPA: Cost Per Qualified Appointment is $300 or less
Planner: 4 Weeks of Content Planned In Advance

The Associate Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand initiatives, supporting product launches, and executing marketing campaigns for Yoggies. Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of integrated brand marketing strategies across key touchpoints, including digital, retail, PR, events, and influencer channels

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in CPG, food & beverage, or retail industries and/or in an agency setting, preferably working with clients on paid media channels
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Nielsen/IRI, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or digital analytics tools is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Role Overview: The Senior Director of Global Marketing, Growth Disorders will be a key member of the Global Strategic Marketing team, responsible for leading the commercial strategy for Ascendis Pharma's global endocrine rare disease (ERD) growth disorder portfolio while also working on the global marketing efforts for Skytrofa. This role involves driving the commercial roadmap for ERD Growth Disorders, supporting life-cycle management (LCM) decisions, and recommending market development and entry strategies. Additionally, the Senior Director will develop and implement the annual global marketing strategic plan for Skytrofa, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Analyze global market trends, competitive landscape, and patient needs to identify key insights in the growth disorders space, collaborating with local teams.
Develop a commercial strategic roadmap for endocrine growth disorder indications to support business cases for LCM activities, market opportunities, and geographical expansion.
Brand Management:
Collaborate with US, European, and International teams to build an annual Skytrofa brand plan.
Update Skytrofa core claims in line with significant publications and data releases; ensure expectations on in-market implementation are met.
Maintain the Skytrofa global brand book to ensure consistent implementation of core messaging and brand elements across all channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Represent marketing on the Skytrofa core team, providing commercial input on product development, LCM, and other upstream projects.
