Winter Equipment Operators Wanted - $30+/hour (Epping)

Highway Express LLC is currently seeking experienced owner-operators with CDL Class A licenses to join our team for over-the-road operations. As an owner-operator, you will be responsible for hauling various loads such as home goods, paper rolls, totes, and pallets. Your role will involve securing the load with locks and straps, performing regular vehicle inspections, planning routes, meeting delivery schedules, and maintaining accurate documentation of work and miles driven. We expect compliance with truck driving rules, regulations, and company policies. Responsibilities: - Hauling home goods, paper rolls, totes, and various pallets; securing loads with locks and straps - Performing vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance - Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules - Documenting work and rest periods, miles driven, and retaining fuel/toll receipts - Complying with truck driving rules, regulations, and company policies - Maneuvering trucks into loading or unloading positions - Collecting and verifying delivery instructions - Reporting defects, accidents, or violations Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a truck driver - Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, ELD, AVL units, CB, etc.) - Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly - Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations - Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.) - Valid CDL and medical card Salary and Benefits: - Revenue ranges between $5000-9000 per week for solo drivers - Revenue ranges between $7000-13000 per week for team drivers - Pay: $300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year - No forced dispatch Application Process: To apply for this position, please call +1 (659) 219 7080 https://www.highway-express-llc.com/ We look forward to hearing from qualified and dedicated CDL Class A owner-operators who are ready to join our team at Highway Express LLC!
