Location: Aurora, IL 60502 Schedule & Pay: Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Pay Rate: $18.81 per hour Position Overview: Join a fast-paced warehouse team assembling mail-back and product kits, picking and packing customer orders, and ensuring safe, accurate shipments. You’ll also help receive and stock inventory while supporting continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities: Assemble mail-back and product kits following established procedures Pick stock items from printed lists and pack orders securely for shipment Unload and inspect inbound inventory receipts Use computer systems for outbound order shipments and inventory tracking Stock pick/rack locations to meet demand and perform physical inventory counts Provide feedback to improve efficiency and participate in LEAN/process improvement activities Maintain safety, compliance, and accurate recordkeeping at all times Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent At least 3 months of plant or warehouse experience (or related work) Basic computer skills (OMS or shipping software experience a plus) Strong safety awareness and ability to follow established procedures Safety shoes required Interview required prior to hire Malone Workforce Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Associate Benefits: Medical Plan (including MEC, MEC Plus and MVP plans), Dental and other ancillary products* provided through Essential StaffCARE.
