Misc winterization helper (Ossipee)

We are a large horse farm located in Hollis, NH looking for part & full time employees Monday-Friday 7/8 am- 3/4 pm. Duties would include feeding/watering horses, moving/stacking hay, stall cleaning and general cleaning around the stables. Weekly pay, pay is based on hours per day. Seeking qualified individual to fill available Landscape and Snowplowing Forman position. This position would require travel to various locations and the ability to work with others. This is a year-round position and not seasonal. Must have landscaping and snowplowing experience with the ability to obtain a medical card. A valid driver’s license is required, a CDL is preferred, but not required. Must have working knowledge of landscape equipment and the ability to do small repairs on the go. I'm looking for someone to complete a number of tasks around our well establish garden. It will be general gardening related tasks and likely to be for approx. 1- 4-days (could be more). Please have PRIOR experience in completing gardening work. I can supply all the tools and any other needs to get the work completed. If you prefer to use your tools, that is fine. The work would comprise: light trimming of bushes, raking stones to clean areas of debris, weeding various areas, spraying, and other items around this established garden. I am looking for someone who has "good" PRIOR experience in having worked in an established garden. Tell me about some of your prior work experience and can you provide at least 2-references?
