Machine Operator $24/hr

We are looking to add a Superintendent position to our team. The position's primary responsibility will be to oversee commercial interior and exterior remodel projects from pre-construction phase through to final completion. The projects are commercial retail stores located throughout the San Diego Area. This position requires a flexible schedule, including mornings and nights, as work hours will vary depending on the job needs. Requirements and responsibilities include, (but are not limited to): -Oversee project site construction work. -Assist in construction work whenever needed. -Maintain tight construction schedules. -Ensure a high level of quality control is maintained. -Maintain security and safety protocols. -Must be able to coordinate and update the Project Manager on a daily basis. -Must have good verbal and electronic communication and record keeping skills. -Must be proficient in the ability to read drawings and associated construction documents. We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Warehouse Freight Staff member to join our Freight Department. Responsibilities: • Safely load and unload granite, stone, and quartz slabs from trucks and containers. • Pull slabs from warehouse racks and move to designated loading areas using cranes. • Verify quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing orders. • Pack and load delivery frames with jobs scheduled for delivery. • Offload slab deliveries; label materials with job numbers and record storage locations. • Consolidate slabs on inside racks to maximize storage and safety. • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided). • Complete daily forklift inspections. • Assist with inventory of slab racks and remnants. • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, including clearing shop entrances, carts, trash, and hoppers. • Deliver and pick up materials as assigned, moving company trucks as needed. • Support company goals, policies, and safety standards. Qualifications: • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability. • Commitment to safety and quality customer service. • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. daily and perform labor-intensive tasks. • Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required). • Prior warehouse, freight handling, or forklift experience preferred, but not required. Large family owned San Diego based pool service and repair company immediately hiring Pool Service Technicians for service routes throughout San Diego County. Our full-time Pool Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining all the pools on your route including: standard pool cleaning(brush, vac, net, empty baskets, etc), properly balancing water chemistry, and inspecting, monitoring, configuring pool equipment and systems.
