Our Operations Manager has been building our team and operation for 10 years and now needs an assistant to learn our unique business. IDEAL CANADIATE Needs the Following Requirements: 100% Bilingual (English / Spanish) Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations Warehouse Inventory Tracking Experience Ability to Work Hands on With All Team Members and Departments Interest in Learning Scrap Metal Business Working Knowledge of related IT / PC Gear Working Knowledge of Excel and Outlook Organization Skills and Promptness Our operation consist of 3 department and about 25 Employees, assist will be trained in all departments and procedures. Assistant Supervisor will be responsible to work directly with Ops Manager. This is a hands on position in a fast paced recycling operation with equipment and metals moving in large quantities daily. A busy luxury home remodeling company is seeking a hardworking Construction Cleaner to join our team. This role is very physical and hands-on, requiring strength, stamina, and attention to detail. Job sites are located in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Paradise Valley. Reliable transportation is required. Responsibilities • Perform heavy-duty construction cleaning of residential job sites, including removing dust, debris, and waste materials. • Haul away and properly dispose of debris from remodeling and construction work. • Clean and prepare job sites before, during, and after construction activities. • Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the work site by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing areas as needed. • Clean windows, fixtures, floors, and surfaces to construction-clean standards. • Assist with organizing and securing tools, equipment, and materials to ensure a clean and safe environment. • Support field personnel by keeping work areas clear of hazards and debris. • Follow and enforce all health and safety protocols on job sites. • Communicate regularly with the Cleaning Team, Project Managers, and office staff. Physical Requirements • Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day. • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in varying conditions (heat, dust, construction noise). • Capable of performing strenuous cleaning tasks such as scrubbing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. • Willingness to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks daily. • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. • Must have a smartphone for time clock application and direct deposit. • Must have previous construction cleaning experience Schedule Full-time: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $18-$21 per hour Benefits Eligible after 90 days: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 5 paid holidays $25,000 life insurance policy Paid Time Off Please send an email with your resume or a brief description of your experience and how it relates to the Construction Cleaner position.
