Rite-Option Preservation LLC is a leading property preservation company looking to expand our network of reliable and detail-oriented Preservation Contractors/Sub-Contractors to service properties in and around Providence, Rhode Island. Reach out to us only if you are familiar with property preservation services and you must know Winterization, Snow Removal and Lawn Care Jobs. Responsibilities: - Securing and boarding up properties - Winterization services - Lock change and install doorknob (Experience with HUD keys and MFS supplies is preferred) - Lawn maintenance and debris removal. - Cleaning and repair work (as needed). - Interior Works - Roofing, Plumbing, Flooring, Carpentry - Providing detailed documentation with before/after photos. - Meeting strict deadlines and adhering to client guidelines.
