Requirements You have a Bachelor's in Software Development, Computer Science, or other related fields.  You have at least 3 years of professional experience with with testing frameworks/automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Jest) in TypeScript environments. Experience with code review, quality analysis, and identifying/fixing code smells and type issues⁠. Familiar with test integration in CI/CD environments. Experience using, integrating, or tutoring others in AI/ML or LLM-powered testing/coding solutions. Strong documentation and bug-tracking skills. Hackathon or competitive coding experience is a plus. Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above. You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines. We are looking for an entry level paint and powder coat prepper to support our operations. This is not a paint or leadership position. This is a full-time position at a static facility in Rancho Cordova (95741), no traveling, and no working from home. Must be able to work alone and in tandem with others Monday-Friday (we work four ten-hour days with OT on Fridays). Must be able to lift, squat, and spend most of the work period standing or moving. Must take pride in their work and be able to follow instructions, continuing to work as directed without shortcuts. Must utilize good time management, having the capacity to grow and learn to forecast the next steps required in support of production. Must have reliable transportation and maintain regular attendance. No previous experience necessary, on the job training will be provided. This is a day shift, 7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, with OT being a common occurrence on Friday's. This is not an automotive paint and repair shop, this is for production finishes in a metal fabrication facility (see illustrations).
