Description

Shoof Burger is Hiring – Run the Line Solo, Bake Fresh Pita Daily We’re looking for someone special. Shoof Burger is a new burger concept built around freshly baked pita, grilled-to-order meats, and handmade sauces—everything prepared daily, by one person, on one line. If you’ve never baked bread, don’t worry—you’ll be fully trained. What matters most is that you're organized, comfortable working alone, and energized by the idea of running your own show. This is a full-time solo position. You'll prep, bake, and execute service on your own. We want someone who takes pride in that responsibility. Our typical driver is away, so we’re looking for someone available to start immediately. We’ll be bringing the beer tomorrow, and this opportunity is first come, first served—we’ve already reached out to a few others, so get in touch ASAP if you're interested. You will not be considered without answering the following questions in advance of your resume. These help us get to know how you work, what you bring to the table, and whether this kind of role is the right fit: a. Describe your experience working solo in a kitchen. b. What systems or strategies did you use to stay organized and efficient under pressure? c. How do you manage prep, service, and cleanup when working alone? d. Please give examples of your workflow or habits that help you maintain consistency. e. Do you have experience training others (even temporarily) to assist with prep or service? f. What are the most important things you'd want someone to understand when stepping into your kitchen? g. What makes you want to run a burger program from start to finish in a solo environment? h. Tell us about your entrepreneurial mindset and vision. i. What are your salary expectations for a full-time solo chef position? Please specify hourly, weekly, or salary range as appropriate. j. Do you speak any other languages? If so, which ones? k. What’s your Instagram handle? Even if your account is private or inactive, we like to know our team has a social media presence. >>>>> To apply: Answer all the questions above in your initial message. Only then send your resume. We’re moving quickly—reach out today if you’re ready to take this on. <<<<<<
