The busser's primary responsibilities are to provide excellent customer service and guest care, multi tasking, bussing and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness of the cafe. To perform all assigned tasks to the best of his/her ability and with the best interest of the guest in mind. This person is friendly and always has a smile when interacting with a guest. Three Sisters is seeking a new part-time (2 to 3 shifts per week with one being on the weekend) team member to join our family. We’re a small, privately-owned fast-casual style breakfast and lunch spot in the heart of downtown. No nights required! We’re looking to find a driven, self-starter who can work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Daily duties include extensive food preparation, extensive customer interaction, clean up, dishes, etc… We’re a small restaurant with a tight-knit staff, which means that we all take turns doing everything from fulfilling catering orders to taking out the trash, etc. Must have qualities include an incredible dedication to customer service. (Seriously, the majority of our daily clients are repeat customers.)These individuals return because of our commitment to fast, friendly, and familiar customer service.
