Hosts greet all guests as they come in- and say goodbye as they leave. Manage all take out orders and tablets, pack all take out orders, seat tables on rotation and implement wait lists as needed, managing customer needs, cleaning menus, maintaining a clean entrance area, etc. Menu memorization is required.
