You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of the Fat Shack menu at our location in Eugene, OR Responsibilities: -Prep, cooking, and presentation of the full menu -Guest service including order-taking and table delivery -Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently -Adhere to all sanitation and food safety codes -Clean and maintain kitchen equipment Qualifications: -Previous experience in cooking is preferred, but NOT mandatory -Communication skills and commitment to guest service -Willingness to work a schedule which may include late-night shifts -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment -Ability to work well in teams Training is paid and thoroughly provided. Line Cook for busy college bar. Prep and Cooking experience helpful. 10-15 hours per week. Starting Nov. 15th up to 30 hours per week to cover a maternity leave.
