Junior Agent / Assistant to Commercial Broker (Biltmore Area)
I am looking for only one or two very highly qualified and currently (RE) licensed people to assist me with a number of Multifamily and Commercial real estate activities, all of which are intended to generate more annual commission revenue, which you will share in. Job description will include: making outbound calls (every single call to a verified property owner - looking for a fearless caller), database (CRM) management, sending outgoing emails, creating and sending mailers, property flyers and market data, and assisting with proposals, listings, escrows and closings. I will be directly responsible for selecting which property types and locations you focus on and when. You need to be licensed, and will be paid from each and every closing. So if you are currently a server or bartender at night (for example) then you can do this during the day and on Weekends if available. You can eventually work towards being an agent on your own, with no cap whatsoever on your earnings. Please reply in the strictest confidence, and make sure to include information on you and your background, a resume if you have one, and why I should hire you, train you and invest the next year or two into you and your future success. For the right person, this could be an excellent foot in the commercial real estate door, which several others before you have leveraged into a steady 6-figure annual income, not to mention a highly successful career in CRE. Must possess a professional attitude and demeanor, and also dress the part (sorry, no exceptions). Computer/internet/social media skills a definite plus. F/T preferred, but might consider P/T now and F/T later. On a final note, every time we run one of these ads we receive on average between 50 and 60 replies, and it's really hard to respond to each and every one. Therefore, if your response does not include your full (real) name, phone number and (non-CL) email address, we will most likely not be calling you. In addition, if you say you have a real estate license, it should be easily verifiable on the ADRE website. If it is not there, do yourself a favor and don't say you are already licensed. Your time and cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated - thanks!
