Room for Rent: All utilities and wifi included Rent: $750/mo -Single occupancy -Only aquarium and terrarium type pets This room shares its common areas currently with a young lady from the room next door. Most of the tenants who come through are either college students finishing school or travelers, usually around 18-27. Most are quite independent with a focus on school or early career. There is a separate living space with two other rooms upstairs with their own common areas, but all four have access to the laundry area. Upstairs and Main floor tenants do not have access to the others' common areas. There is a front, middle, and back yard with seasonal apples, raspberries and thimble berries. Gardeners welcome. About us a bit: We live in the other house on the property and work from home. Hubby often does projects to improve the property, with other creative projects like audiobooks and 3d printing. Wify works for a nonprofit in Africa helping impoverished women learn entrepreneurship. We enjoy Netflix and board games and occasionally have a no-pressure open invite to play a game to those who area interested. Location: We're a few blocks from Lents park and a few blocks from 82nd and Foster, nicely tucked into the neighborhood. Good walkability and convenient for bus stops or max line, hopping on the freeway, or onto the main roads into downtown.
