$1,350 / 3br - 1600ft2 - Share This Large Townhome with Me, Only 3 Minutes from the Ferry (Kingston)

I'm looking for a responsible, employed adult to share a townhome rental super convenient to Kingston and the Ferry. Your portion would be $1350 (half of the $2700 rent) plus half of the utilities. Great townhome layout well appointed kitchen, dining room, living room and two bedrooms and bathrooms. 1600 square foot provides a lot of room for your own space. Your bedroom includes a private entrance, private bathroom and a private living space. The kitchen is shared so we would establish rules on using cookware, cutlery, keeping the kitchen clean and other shared home chores. I work at a local hospital and have a regular hour job, often out of the house doing active things. I am a very respectful housemate, tidy, a non-smoker, minimal drinker, don't have pets or any severe food allergies. I believe communication is the key to a good living situation and expect a similar philosophy from my housemate. I prefer one female roommate, overnight guests are acceptable as long it is occasional and not a third person live-in situation. Deposit of $250 held for cleaning fee. Month to month agreement.
