Serve as the main point of contact on the floor for warehouse associates, provide training, guidance, and coaching to ensure team performance and development. Monitor and prioritize workload based on incoming orders and outbound schedules to maximize space and prevent damage. Ensure accurate and timely handling of ocean containers, pallets, LCL cargo, and air freight. Monitor real-time inventory flow Troubleshoot real-time issues related to inventory discrepancies, delayed shipments, or order problems. Coordinate labor resources to meet productivity and accuracy goals across multiple clients/accounts. Process & Compliance: Implement and enforce SOPs for freight handling, barcode scanning, cross-docking, and quality control. Lead team training on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and system usage to ensure consistent execution. Collaborate regularly with other departments to maintain alignment across operations and service standards. Ensure a safe working environment by promoting and reinforcing warehouse safety policies and best practices. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including OSHA, DOT, and internal company policies. Requirements 3+ years of warehouse experience,. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with RF scanning technology is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Demonstrate ability to lead by example in a team-oriented, high-volume operation. Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain. OSHA training/certification is highly desirable. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for an extended period Travel This position is not remote or a hybrid position Travel is not required. Quality Assurance Technician-Label Control 3rd Shift Work Schedule 10:30pm - 6:30am, Sunday Night-Thursday Night $21/hour, plus $1.00/hour shift differential Allow me to introduce you to Kutol Products Company, we are a thriving hand soap and hand sanitizer manufacturer operating out of our Silver LEED Certified facility in Sharonville, Ohio. We process and package both cosmetic and drug formulas that work with our proprietary dispensing systems across the country and beyond. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician/Label Control Technician to join us in our purpose of providing “Clean Hands for a Healthy World.”  At Kutol our QA Technicians/Label Control Technician Provide oversight of the label area, including receipt, approval, issuance, counts, accountability and inventory.  Perform QA functions to include daily manufacturing cGMP inspection and balance/scale checks; product disposition; preparation of CoA/CoM; preparation, revision and issuance of standard operating procedures; preparation, revision and issuance of packaging instructions/specifications and provide support to internal and external customers in compliance with government regulations and customer requirements. Provide support during customer and regulatory audits. Provide support to the Incoming Inspection when necessary.
