Proven understanding of the equipment's electrical system, engine and all of its working parts. Candidates who have the skill or knowledge of use of machinery or tools. Has own tools is great but we can supply as well out of our shop If you have a passion for working on trucks, trouble-shooting mechanical problems, or love to use your tools, this could be the job for you! Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance, facility services, or related field. - Working knowledge of commercial plumbing and electrical systems. - Proficient in the safe use of tools, equipment, and machinery related to maintenance tasks. Strong problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Preferred Qualifications: - Trade certifications or licenses in plumbing, electrical, or general contracting. - OSHA certification or safety training is a plus. - Prior experience in a commercial, retail, or industrial work environment.
