Key Responsibilities: Manage warehouse staff (once hired), assign tasks, schedules, and performance reviews. Oversee shipping/receiving, truck loading, driver scheduling, and fleet compliance. Hold a valid Class B CDL and step in as a driver when needed. Report directly to the General Manager and collaborate with project managers and production teams. Working knowledge of event production equipment. CDL Class B (Illinois) required. Schedule & Compensation: This is not a standard 9–5 role; hours depend on event needs.
