Property preservation contractor needed in Davidson, Sumner, Williamson, and surrounding counties in Tennessee. HIVE REO, INC. is a Property Preservation Company located in Indianapolis, IN. We service a wide range of counties in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Florida and Tennessee. We are seeking highly motivated and dependable property preservation contractors to build longstanding partnerships and help us maintain our large contracts with vendors. Solid industry experience is recommended. This is a 1099 contract position, paid per completed work order. Must be able to provide quality photo evidence of work completed to a high standard. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform inspections - Perform move out inspections, submit bids, complete all services necessary to ensure properties are rent ready - Complete maintenance calls - Secure properties & change locks - Board up windows & doors - Trash and debris removal - Repair damaged walls & fences - Lawn & landscape maintenance - Tree trimming - Winterizations - Handyman duties Requirements: - Ability to adhere to specific turnaround times - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Must be self-motivated, detailed oriented, able to follow work order instructions, and have great communication skills - Basic construction knowledge is a plus - Must have proper equipment/tools/locks to perform property preservation work - Must have the ability to photograph and document work - Smart Phone, Internet access - Must have reliable transportation - Must be able to pass background check / or currently have ABC # with Aspen Grove If interested, please complete application below: https://form.jotform.com/212295674712156
