Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met consistently. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and tax filings.
