Warehouse/Production Associate – Doral, $14.50/h 📍 Location: Doral, FL – Established company with over 35 years in business. 💰 Salary: $14.50 per hour, paid biweekly. 🕒 Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Night shift available). Night Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM 🗣️ Language: English not required – 100% Spanish-speaking work environment. Responsibilities: • Responsibilities: • Load, move, and organize boxes (up to 50 lbs) • Fold clothes and prepare for packaging with precision and care • Clean machines and work equipment as needed • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace • Support the production team as needed • Work as a loader or packer depending on assigned position • Meet daily productivity and quality goals • Follow warehouse safety regulations Working conditions: Work is performed inside the warehouse, which may be hot. Some positions require standing for long periods, while others involve more physical movement. Requirements: • Must be 18 years or older, with valid U.S. work authorization.
