Standard studio units come with microwave, refrigerator and a single induction burner stove top, also fully furnished. Pets- Small dogs only, must be at least 1 year old, with current shot records are accepted with additional fees ($100 non-refundable pet fee plus $15 per week) and must comply with our unit occupancy guidelines along with "pet" room availability We offer a great free fitness center on-site, on-site coin pay laundry and vending. We have 24-7 security surveillance and secured key fob entry into the building and elevators. The units are non-smoking and pet free. Please do not email.
