Living accommodations range from 324 sq. ft. to 648 sq. ft.. All 1 bed 1 bath units come equipped with refrigerator, microwave, double induction burner stove top as well as fully furnished. Standard studio units come with microwave, refrigerator and a single induction burner stove top, also fully furnished. Pets- Small dogs only, must be at least 1 year old, with current shot records are accepted with additional fees ($100 non-refundable pet fee plus $15 per week) and must comply with our unit occupancy guidelines along with "pet" room availability. We offer a great free fitness center on-site, on-site coin pay laundry and vending. We have 24-7 security surveillance and secured key fob entry into the building and elevators.
