Description

The scheduler will plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor the flow of products through the complete production cycle. The scheduler will collaborate with the shop foreman and engineering team and develop comprehensive schedules to support project milestones, keeping project deliverables visible and ensuring all scopes of work are managed. Experience • Create and track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts • Manage complex projects or processes with general oversight • Provide support, guidance, coaching, and training to other employees • Communicate within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures • Make moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes • Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results • Perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects • Prepare, develop, and coordinate integrated master plan and integrated master schedule (IMP/IMS) using MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint • Ensure projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality • Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines • Review open sales orders to determine customer requirements This position is on-site in Cocoa, FL
