Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes. Part time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work one shift a day; full time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work two shifts. Shift lengths vary based on package volume generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES • High School diploma/GED required • At least 2 years experience with Esko (Packaging and Display Industry experience is ideal). • Ability to understand software maintenance while continuously improving processes. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally. • Strong organizational & communication skills: Writing, Speaking • Ability to recommend and implement customer solutions to drive top and bottom-line improvement. • Ability to handle multiple projects within a fast pace work environment. • Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
