We are also interested in candidates that can create garments in the moderate or better category. Must be a strong team player and be able to coordinate the whole process. Responsibilities and Skills ● Must know all the phases and stages of technical design. ● Liaison between the design and production departments in order to have the quality control of the garment. ● Ability to conduct fit sessions and make detailed fit comments ● Analyze fit problems and provide solution through fit comments ● Daily communication w/ factories & vendors to handle all technical related production work flow and emails. ● Responsible for attending fittings and accurately conveying all fit comments and information clearly to factory (including photo comments, measurements, pattern corrections, fabric issues, etc. as needed).
