Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Finish Grade Dirt Foreman who can both lead a crew and operate heavy equipment to perform precise finish grading on construction projects. This role requires hands-on operation of equipment, field leadership, and coordination with project managers to ensure grading work meets exact specifications, safety standards, and deadlines. Experience with GPS machine control systems (e.g., Trimble, Topcon) is highly preferred. Skilled in operating a variety of heavy equipment for grading and dirt work.
