Entry-level employees will receive coaching/mentorship from personnel, including Assistants, Operators, and/or Team Leads. Responsibilities: Arrive on time and ready to work the required hours, with the ability to work flexible hours and overtime, as required. Demonstrate and practice excellent personal hygiene and follow GMPs throughout all aspects of the job. Maintain clean and tidy work conditions and assist in the cleanup of the work area, as needed. Maintain the high standards with regard to food safety and food quality and deliver high quality results. Regularly lift, move, and or/push up to 50 lbs Maintain plant cleanliness according to the master sanitation schedule and document completed tasks as instructed. Assist in breaking down, cleaning, and setting-up various pieces of equipment using proper sanitation practices. Follow instructions and communicate problems as soon as they arise. Work in a safe manner and recognize/help correct any unsafe conditions. Support management in other related duties, as required. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Build and breakdown scaffolds, install ladders, walkways and handrails Assist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment in accordance with project specific plans and layouts Inspecting all scaffold components prior to assembly Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials Load and unload equipment and materials form truck and vehicles Study plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed; including wearing and use of safety equipment Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffolds Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift Ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules Other duties as required Compensation: $18 and above.
