ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Clean and perform PM for equipment on a regular basis • Install machinery systems • Repair malfunctioning equipment units and broken structures • Assist in equipment troubleshooting and in root cause analysis of equipment failures and propose corrective actions • Perform electrical systems maintenance if certified to perform • Inspect and maintain safety and alarm systems • Quality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working order • Train employees on proper equipment usage • Act as on-call when needed • Support and coordinate sites projects, and lead project segments as requested REQUIREMENTS • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and light repair of equipment and facilities essential for the position. • Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and chemical systems, • Demonstrated piping, plastics, and metal works • Ability to read drawings and identify critical quality characteristics • Safety minded, and attention to detail when working and completing paperwork. • 1+ years of utilities and facilities maintenance experience • Must have hands-on mechanical and technical skills PREFERENCES • Semiconductor experience a plus • HVAC experience or certification a plus • Wastewater treatment a plus If this sounds like a good fit, please reach out to: Please Call Louie @ 440-842-7133

Hello Skilled Forger, We are looking for someone with experience forging. This work is on-site using hydraulic machines to disrupt and coin the hot metal. This specific production we are hiring now uses a variety of round stock: forging and putting it into our machines (a process), and repeating 2/3 times per end. You will be cutting material with a big bandsaw, and, if the production is perfected with your attention to the details and your ability, we have more work - good flexible part-time job security. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain safe work environment and follow all company safety protocols. • Perform Simple setups on machines in a timely manner. •Bindery: focus Spedo and H&H lines. Setups for 1 up, 2 up, wrap, interstack and slit/nest work. •Inserting: focus on WD and Epic lines. Setups for 4x8, #10, 6x9 – including friction/rotary feeders, double detection, thin and thick work, card attached labels, IMB camera, loading templates/modes •Read job recaps thoroughly and check jobs as to accuracy, reporting any error or discrepancy to the supervisor immediately •Clean machines prior to setups and inspect the machines as a preventive maintenance measure. •Maintain production standards. Report any production, quality or safety problems to the supervisor immediately. •Perform daily/weekly/monthly preventive maintenance on machines as necessary. Contribute to PM planning. •Perform minor electrical testing, such as, change fuses and fix broken wires. •Perform small parts replacement as needed: •Bindery: folder rollers, glue nozzles, feed rollers/belts, bearings, Spedo pin feeds •Inserting: feed rolls/belts, glue/water nozzles, minor transport repairs •Respond to machine problems throughout the shift. •Diagnose problems and perform minor repairs and adjustments as quickly as possible to avoid production delays. •Utilize MicroMain system for all repairs/parts. Follow all crib procedures, find parts (look up in system and locate), complete all paperwork etc. to ensure accurate parts inventory. •Move to other areas or perform other duties as directed by supervision. •Comply with company rules and regulations. •Maintain confidentiality of company-sensitive data. •Implement a commitment to quality philosophy and recommend methods and procedures to reduce cost and/or improve operating efficiency of the department. •Keep manager/supervisor informed of activities and situations that will affect the achievement of corporate or department goals and objectives. •Perform other related duties as required to achieve the goals and objectives of the department and company.
