ShareMid-Level Civil Engineer đ Tualatin, Oregon Pay: $85,000-$95,000 Work Setting: In-Person Or Hybrid (combine in-office & remote work) We are seeking a Mid-Level Civil Engineer with experience in transit and transportation infrastructure to join our growing team in Tualatin, Oregon. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the design and delivery of high-impact transportation and transit projects, including bus rapid transit, rail transit stations, and rail improvement projects. Position Responsibilities ⢠Lead and support the design and management of civil engineering aspects for transportation, transit and railway projects ⢠Prepare and review detailed track alignment plans, drainage design, specifications, and cost estimates ⢠Conduct field work, project inspections, and agency coordination meetings ⢠Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget ⢠Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client engagement Qualifications ⢠Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering required ⢠Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oregon (or ability to obtain within 12 months) ⢠4â8 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in transportation or transit projects ⢠Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D; track alignment design software experience is a plus ⢠Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication abilities ⢠Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Compensation & Benefits ⢠Company-paid employee medical and dental benefits ⢠Company-paid 10 holidays ⢠Company-paid sick pay ⢠Company-paid vacation ⢠401(k) with employer match ⢠Disability benefits ⢠Life insurance ⢠Continuing education and professional development opportunities Additional Information OEI is a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
