We’re growing and looking to bring on a full-time attorney to join our team starting at the beginning of 2026. What We Offer: 💻 Fully Remote Setup – Work from home with all equipment and licensed software provided (Microsoft Office, Smokeball, etc.). 🕘 Steady Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (lunch 12:30–1:30). 💰 Base Salary: $50,000 annually. 💸 Bonus Structure: 20% commission on all fees you generate +25% if you originated the case Cases will be provided to you! ⏱️ Commission Timing: Flat-fee cases → next paycheck Hourly cases → first paycheck of the following month Contingency cases → first paycheck after the case closes Who You Are: Licensed Florida attorney ready to handle a reasonable caseload Preferably based in Broward County with transportation for occasional hearings Able to maintain a distraction-free home workspace Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel) — Smokeball experience a plus Reliable, organized, and motivated to build a successful remote practice Why You’ll Love It Here: This is not a high-pressure, micromanaged environment.
