This role includes planning, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of low-voltage systems. The Lead Installer will guide project teams, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain project timelines. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute low-voltage cabling installations Supervise and mentor installation teams Interpret and implement cabling blueprints and diagrams Troubleshoot and resolve cabling and connectivity issues Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices Qualifications Proven experience in low-voltage cabling installation and maintenance Strong knowledge of structured cabling standards and methods Proficiency in reading and interpreting cabling diagrams/blueprints Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Leadership ability with experience managing crews/projects Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license; ability to operate company vehicles/vans 💲 Compensation: $24–$30 per hour (based on experience) Job Opening 2: Installer / Low Voltage Cabling Technician Role Description We are looking for a motivated Low Voltage Cabling Installer to join our growing team. This role involves assisting with cable installation, termination, and supporting senior technicians in delivering high-quality project results. Key Responsibilities Pull, route, and terminate low-voltage cabling Assist with installation of racks, patch panels, and related hardware Support senior technicians on-site during installations Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment Learn and apply cabling standards and best practices Qualifications Experience in low-voltage cabling installation (preferred) Knowledge of cabling standards and best practices Ability to read and interpret diagrams/blueprints Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Reliable with good communication skills Valid driver’s license 💲 Compensation: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
