Job Summary: Current Power Experts is seeking a Residential Wireman and/or Journeyman licensed in Colorado with at least three years of expertise in wiring systems for residential projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with residential and commercial electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Advocates safety for everyone on campus by identifying, reporting and addressing when appropriate Interacts daily with diverse staff, students and faculty by providing a welcoming and positive atmosphere Preserves the heritage and unique infrastructure of the University by exceeding industry cleanliness standards Cleans assigned areas as directed and follows operating procedures Responsible for the care and upkeep of resources provided to them by the University Operates various types of equipment used for floor care maintenance such as automatic scrubbers, wet/dry vacuums, carpet extractors, burnishers, etc. Performs various tasks including but not limited to mopping, burnishing, stripping, waxing, refinishing, scrubbing and cleaning different floor types.
