Division 7 Architectural Sheet Metal is looking for experienced sheet metal workers and skilled tradesmen. We are looking for full time year round workers with minimum five year's experience preferably as a sheet metal worker. Extra Hours can be flexible to your preference. Tasks include but not limited to: - Fabrication and installation of concealed fastener standing seam metal roofs - Shop layout and fabrication; creating templates, operating standard sheet metal equipment such as snips, shears, manual and automated brakes, etc. - Fabrication and installation of residential and commercial gutters - General construction such as carpentry skills, siding, etc. Soldering.

Seeking experienced local subcontracting crew for South Shore residential roofing company (most work in Weymouth, Quincy, Milton). Must have GL insurance, workers comp, and business Tax ID number. Candidates must live and work in the East Bay for reliable, daily access to job sites. Key Responsibilities -Manage day-to-day site operations, staff, subcontractors, and deliveries. -Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring efficiency and quality. -Review and implement architectural drawings, details, and specifications. -Enforce safety procedures and ensure building code compliance. -Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, designers, and clients. -Anticipate and resolve on-site challenges with sound judgment. -Mentor carpentry staff and foster a collaborative, professional environment. -Maintain accurate records and updates using Buildertrend or similar software. Qualifications -5+ years of residential construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. -Strong background in carpentry (framing and finish) and knowledge of building codes. -Proven ability to manage schedules, coordinate trades, and lead site operations. -Skilled in interpreting and executing complex architectural plans. -Strong organizational, communication, and client-relations skills.Proficiency with scheduling tools, Excel, and project management platforms (Buildertrend preferred). OSHA certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must currently live and work in the East Bay.
