Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Paving & Grading labors for temp-to-perm project in the Lebanon, TN area. WEEKLY PAY! TEMP-TO-PERM! PAY: $18-25/hour (based upon experience) HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays 5 days per week (some OT available) SCHEDULE: 7:00 am-3:30 pm START DATE: ASAP Responsibilities: Previous experience in paving, milling, grading, and/or sealcoating and striping. Digging and preparing cuts in surfaces, removing old asphalt or other materials, and cleaning the area. Loading and unloading trucks, hauling materials, and mixing or blending materials. Raking and smoothing asphalt, aggregate, or dirt, assisting with patching and compacting, and operating tools like shovels, rakes, and lutes. Using hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, pickaxes, tampers, and pavement breakers. Maintaining a clean job site, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed, and reporting incidents. Assisting with various tasks as directed by the supervisor, including traffic control, maintenance, and cleanup. Qualifications: Valid driver's license is required. Must be able available to work weekends Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves. Additional Requirements:: Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
