The Field Supervisor is a part time, seasonal position that runs from October through April. Job Duties:  Complete app usage training  On call 24/7  Establish great client & service provider relationships  Manage assigned service providers (sub-contractors) within the geographical area  Solve any issues and / or non-performance with clients or service providers  Assist in snow plowing operations as necessary at all hours of the day or night  Provide field support  Be on feet for long periods of time  Shoveling when required Requirements:  Managerial experience  1+ years of snow & ice removal required  Familiar with smartphone and tablet technology and comfortable communicating through email, text and other messaging systems  Knowledge of equipment used for snow & ice removal  Hold current driver’s license, accompanied by clean driving record  Ability to work long shifts, weather dependent  Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly  Travel as needed, often statewide, and out of state  Driving for long periods of time during snow throughout territory  Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred
