Laborers Needed – Monon, IN Pay: $20–$21/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM Start Date: ASAP Duration: Through November 1st (with opportunity to travel to next project) Project Details: Monon, IN 47959 Job Overview: We’re hiring Rust Remediation Laborers to support corrosion control work in Monon, IN t. In this role, you will help remove rust and corrosion using wire wheels and brushes, then repaint affected areas with Cold Galvanizing compound. This position requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Responsibilities: Remove corrosion and rust using wire wheels and brushes Apply Cold Galvanizing compound to Row Tubes Maintain safety standards and follow site instructions Complete tasks efficiently and accurately under supervision Requirements: OSHA 10 certification – required Snake chaps – required (must bring to site) Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM Reliable transportation to job site Willingness to travel to next project (4–5 hours away) is a plus Pay & Perks: Pay Rate: $20–$21/hr Standard PPE provided: hard hat, vest, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves Per Diem & Mileage: available for associates who travel to next project
