We will be holding a Prebid meeting Thursday, October 9, 2025 @ 10AM and you have to attend this meeting to be able to place a bid on the job. Project Summary: The work involves the phased removal of the existing wood siding system and installation of new fiber cement plank siding system. Targeted areas of replacement include wood siding on all buildings throughout the campus (Buildings A-G). Buildings A, B, C, D, E, and F consist of two levels and Building G is one level. The approximate square footage of the total elevations is 58,000 SF.
