Description: We are a family owned and operated grain-pulse packing facility looking for warehouse team members with great work ethic, the ability to work in a fast paced team environment and/or independently. Position: Part-time (inquire about work hours if contacted for an interview) Compensation: $16.66/hr. with no experience. Compensation is based on job performance. Performance, raises and promotions are available. Benefits: After a 90 day probation period the following benefits are available. Medical, Dental, Vision, may use accrued sick leave, Life Flight and 401K retirement plans. Daily Job Duties/Essential Functions include but are not limited to: Timely attendance, begin working at the start of scheduled shift. Operate packaging machinery, follow quality control measures for all product(s), sew product bags shut, sorting, organizing, accurate labeling of product(s), shipping & receiving, and complete all documents/paperwork before end of shift each day. Candidates should have: - Warehouse experience preferred or be trainable. - Experience in a fast paced production environment preferred or be trainable. - Forklift Certificate or be trainable. - Possess good organizational skills. - Be detail oriented. - Must work efficiently. - Self-Discipline: Able to follow instructions/directions, receive input and be a self-starter. - Use good and clear communication skills between team members and management. - Be able to adapt to changing workloads. - Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
