Now Hiring – Merchandiser (Popular Energy Drink) Pay Rate: $20/hour Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (or until last stop) Workdays: Sunday, Saturday, Wednesday, and Thursday Route Location: Start in Arlington Heights, IL 60004 Residency Requirement: Must live in or near Freeport, Sterling, Dixon, Roscoe, Rochelle, or Rockford, IL (daily route stops) Position Summary Represent a leading energy drink brand by implementing and maintaining high merchandising standards. Provide excellent customer service while keeping products fully stocked, rotated, and displayed to brand standards. Key Responsibilities Rotate and stock products on shelves, displays, and in cold vaults. Build and maintain product displays; assist sales managers with sell-ins. Check code dates, remove damaged or out-of-code items, and report issues. Maintain clean, branded point-of-sale equipment and signage. Monitor competitor activity and communicate findings to management. Build strong relationships with store personnel to increase sales and shelf space. Cover sales routes as needed and participate in team meetings. Requirements At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and reliable insured vehicle. DOT medical card required. Car insurance and proof of coverage required. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work early mornings and weekends. Phone interview required.
