Landscape Maintenance Professional / Weed eater/Laborer/Leaf Removal (Asheville)

AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY in the Asheville area - This is a small company that has been established 20 years. We are currently looking to fill a full time position. Monday through Friday / possible occasional Saturdays depending on weather through the week.. Approximately 32+ hours per week. Possibility for more hours. Preference given to someone with VALID, NORTH CAROLINA LICENSE with clean record and experience driving a truck and trailer and experience running a lawn mowing operation. Possibility for qualified person to move into position of Crew leader/ one man / two man crew. Mowing lawns, weed eating, trimming bushes, leaf cleanup and general landscape maintenance. Our equipment, your labor. Starting Pay is negotiable for full time employee depending on qualifications. Eligible for 401k and vacation/sick pay after one year. Monthly bonuses and year end bonus starting immediately. Possible Part time position available - two to three days per week for the right candidate. If interested in part time, you need to make a full day commitment each work day. Flexibility in weekly schedule would be great, but not necessary if you can commit to certain days. This is strictly a landscape maintenance operation. Highly labor intense and fast paced: Mowing, weed eating, trimming bushes, leaf clean-up, spreading mulch, etc. No landscape installation. PLEASE -Be able to show up on time and consistently. -Be able to communicate well -Be honest -Be reliable -Be willing to submit to a background check -Be able to work through extreme weather conditions -Be experienced in this industry -Have a valid NC drivers license with a clean record! - This will be checked before hiring for full time position -Have a good work ethic PAY $20-$23.00/ per hour to start depending on position and experience/qualifications. Raise possible after 4 week performance evaluation. Starting pay is negotiable for full time employee who is qualified.
