Everde Growers is seeking an experienced Mechanic to be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and nursery equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across our farm in Canal Point. Key responsibilities include: * Inspect, diagnose, and repair agricultural equipment such as tractors, skid steers, loaders, utility vehicles (Gators), and farm trucks * Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime * Maintain accurate repair and service records * Communicate equipment status with supervisors and managers * Ensure all repairs are completed safely and in compliance with company standards. We require: * Previous hands-on experience as a mechanic in an agricultural, nursery, or farm setting * Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems * Must provide and maintain basic mechanic tools * Strong problem-solving and communication skills * Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team environment * Bilingual Spanish is helpful but not mandatory We offer competitive pay based on experience and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k.
