Responsibilities and Requirements: • Interior and exterior modeling. • Cabinet re-facing, door hanging including both interior and exterior doors, installing door jambs, countertop installation. • Minor floor repair including baseboards. • Kitchen and bath remodeling. • Outside fascia repair. • Must have a van or truck and own tools. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential properties. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks such as: - Plumbing: replace faucets, fix leaks, minor plumbing repairs. - Electrical: replace outlets, secure loose wires, minor electrical repairs. - Drywall repair. - Painting. - Carpentry: install cabinets, repair windows and doors, other minor carpentry jobs and repairs. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. - Other maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
